    Business Plan for 2016
    1. Digital Banking Group was established on January 1, 2016, mainly in charge of the design of fintech business model, product research and development, brand management, application and promotion of innovation, the establishment and maintenance of cloud platform and digital bank, Big Data analysis and social media management, etc. The major task in 2016 is to constitute various E&M infrastructures and digital platform to facilitate FEIB’s future digital banking development.
    2. Launch second-generation 「Global Corporate Online」 platform, support various devices and multi-nation languages, integrate corporate cash flow / global accounts / users management, and offer comprehensive services for corporate banking customers.
    3. Integrate various payment tools, build up a complete payment platform, provide stores/enterprises with comprehensive domestic and cross-border cash flow solutions, continue to conduct improvement projects, and consistently elevate customer service quality.
    4. Set up personal cloud mobile phone branch with “Internet+” concept, optimize service process, and provide customers with convenient mobile banking services.
    5. Analyze patterns and behaviors of various types of customers based on the Bank’s Big Data information, plan respective marketing campaigns which are suitable for different groups, contact digitized groups, and deepen the management of these groups via digital channels.
