In adoption with the development of mobile communication, social media, big data and cloud computing technologies, FEIB has engaged in creating the newly developed e/M financial services. In 2014, FEIB initiated various elevations of its digital service platform, such as led in launching FETP FX Margin Trading Online Platform. More innovative and convenient e/M banking services launched including FEIB HAPPY GO credit cards “iBonus Redemption” App to facilitate cardholders’s accessing real-time benefit messages on their smartphones, making redemptions of their reward points any time to their maximum effect. And in the internet banking, the Bank introduced Taiwan’s first two-way “Smart sell & buy” order to help busy investors to executive stop loss and stop profit orders for their mutual funds investments. The FEIB dual platform offers clients the real time, most convenient and highly efficient financial services, making their wealth management and consumption more and more smart, and much more easier.
