FEIB has been dedicated to industry-university collaboration via “Early Bird employment program” since 2010.
\nCollege seniors usually have fewer classes yet and have more pressure of career choice after graduation. In spite of the interests in banking industry, they probably need to put lots of efforts on acquiring financial certifications and thus weaken the motives to the bank during the process.
\nIn this project, FEIB favors them with the privilege of joining the industry 2 months earlier than peers, also with flexible working schedule, and full-time job level salaries. Seniors are hence able to accumulate working experience while maintaining the school work at the same time. Moreover, students who join this program can become an official personnel of FEIB right after graduation!
\nThis year, in order to benefit more students, FEIB has expanded the partnership to 6 universities, which is expected to attract over 500 enrollments. FEIB welcome all newly graduates who are interested in banking industry to be one of our partners in the near future!
