外籍人士辦卡友善專區

正卡及附卡申請人申請條件
(1) 世界/無限卡正卡須年滿25~65歲，其他正卡須成年至70歲間。
(2) 附卡與正卡關係為父母、配偶父母、配偶、子女、兄弟姐妹且附卡申請人須年滿15歲。
(3) 檢附資料：
■ 護照、具統一證號之外僑居留證影本。
■ 財力證明：個人所得證明(世界/無限卡須年收入NT$150萬以上)，如薪資扣繳憑單等。本行保留申請核准與否的權利。
信用卡遺失處理
持卡人之信用卡如有遺失、被竊、被搶、詐取或其他遭持卡人以外之他人占有之情形，應儘速以電話或其他方式通知本行辦理掛失手續，並繳交掛失手續費新臺幣二佰元。

Application and Qualification for primary/secondary card
(1)The age to apply World & Infinity primary card applicants should be between 25-65 , the other primary cards applicants should be between the age of majority to 70 may apply for the principle card.
(2) The supplementary card applicant should be the parent, parent-in-law, spouse, child or sibling to the principle card applicant, and must be 15 years or older .
(3)Required Documents
■ The photocopies of your passport, alien resident certificate indicating the UI No.
■ Proof of financial support in place , e.g. salary statement, withholding tax statement.
The annual income for the World and Infinity card application is NTD1.5 million and above. The Bank has the right to refuse to issue a card to any applicant, at its own discretion.
Credit card lost procedure
Where the cardholder’s credit card is lost, stolen, snatched, fraudulently used, or possessed by anyone other than the cardholder , the cardholder shall conduct the loss reporting procedure with the Bank by phone or in other manners as soon as possible, and then pays a loss reporting fee of NT$200.
